Finding a dream job in Dubai is not an easy task. People wait for years to go to Dubai and then struggle for a long time to get their dream job. For instance it has appeared that Dubai is so far best for people who are UK, USA or EU nationals. Why I am saying so depends on a lot of factors. Some of them are as follows:
The very first reason why UK, USA and EU nationals get better jobs in Dubai and rest of UAE is that they are preferred by the companies there. They are considered much more secured employees and they are unlikely to switch jobs very frequently. Obviously they are being paid high that is why they do not switch jobs quickly. The second reason is that they are considered more competent than others. The education standards in USA, UK and EU are far better than other countries in the world that is why the nationals of these countries get much better jobs in Dubai and other GCC countries.
The next reason is that the Government of Dubai finds UK, USA and EU national’s better and secured citizens. They find low risk in providing them residence visas and work visas. Another reason here is that the support of USA, UK and EU governments to the GCC countries. They have played a major role in the development of GCC countries including Dubai and they have provided a great technical support to these countries.
The employers in Dubai actually have set certain standards. They pay the people of different countries looking up to the economy of their home country to which they belong. As we know America, England and other countries are economically strong therefore the employers in Dubai have to pay them accordingly whereas employees belonging to Asian countries are relatively paid less.
